Snowy Stats does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use the application. Registration is not required.
The application does not collect precise real-time location information. If the application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as necessary to provide network connectivity; Schi-Bu does not retain that data or use it for tracking.
02 / Third-Party Access
Because Snowy Stats does not collect personal information through normal use, Schi-Bu does not share such information with third parties. This policy does not claim the existence of advertising, behavioral tracking, profiling, or analytics where those services are not part of the application.
03 / Data Retention
There is no server-side personal-data retention through normal use of Snowy Stats. Schi-Bu does not collect or maintain a database of users' personal information from the application.
Any app content or preferences that are stored locally on your device remain under the control of your device and are not retained by Schi-Bu on its servers.
04 / Data Deletion
Because Schi-Bu does not collect or retain personal information through normal use, there is no personal account or server-side user profile to delete.
Locally stored application data can be removed using available in-app controls, by clearing the application's storage through your device settings, or by uninstalling Snowy Stats.
If you voluntarily contact Schi-Bu and provide information outside normal app use, you may request deletion of that correspondence or information by emailing [email protected], subject to any retention required by applicable law.
05 / Security
Because the application does not collect personal data through normal use, exposure risk is limited. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Schi-Bu uses reasonable safeguards for systems and for any information it may lawfully hold outside normal application use.
06 / Children’s Privacy
Snowy Stats is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. Schi-Bu does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the application to them.
07 / Changes to This Policy
Schi-Bu may update this Privacy Policy when necessary. Material changes will be reflected on this page together with an updated effective date. Where applicable law requires consent for a material change, Schi-Bu will request it before the relevant processing takes effect.
